Listings went to market the day they were approved, instead of 3.2 days later

Agents entered a listing's facts and photos once. Drafts for every channel came back in the brokerage's voice, and nothing went out until the listing agent signed off.

The challenge

Every listing went through the same four people. They collected the property details, sorted the photos, wrote separate copy for each channel and then chased the agent for approval, all over email, shared documents and chat. A listing could be complete and still sit for days before any marketing went live.

What we built

One intake form. The agent entered the approved property facts and picked the photos once. From that, the system drafted the listing description, the social posts, the email and the replies for early inquiries, all written to sound like the brokerage.

Where a person stayed in charge

  • Property facts were locked before any copy was written, so the drafts could not drift from them.
  • The listing agent approved every claim and every photo.
  • Each channel had its own length and tone rules.
  • Everything approved went into one launch folder.

How it ran

  1. 1

    Intake

The agent enters approved facts, photos and a launch date.

  2. 2

    Draft

Copy for each channel, in the brokerage's voice.

  3. 3

    Review

The listing agent checks every claim and asset.

  4. 4

    Release

One folder with everything approved, ready to go.

The result

Marketing went out the day a listing was approved. Agents got to early inquiries sooner, and the marketing team stopped rewriting the same listing for every channel and spent that time on quality checks and bigger campaigns.
