Write to hello@aureniagroup.com and a person will answer, usually within one business day. Tell us your device and which level you were on, and we can usually work out what happened.

Open the shop and use Restore Purchases. That re-checks your receipt with Apple or Google and gives back anything you have already paid for, including No Ads. If it still has not arrived, email us with the receipt from Apple or Google and we will sort it out.

No Ads removes the ads that play between levels. Videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available, because that is how you earn free coins and continues. If you are seeing ads between levels after buying, run Restore Purchases first, then email us if they continue.

Progress is stored on your phone, not on our servers, so deleting the game or moving to a new phone will not carry it across. Purchases are tied to your store account and always come back with Restore Purchases. If you have lost a lot of progress, email us and we will do what we can to put you back where you were.

Every level is checked by a solver before it ships, so there is a solution to all of them without spending a booster. Some are genuinely hard. If you think one is broken rather than difficult, send us the level number and we will replay it.

These run through Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games on Android, so both need you signed in to that service on your device. Sign in from your device settings, then reopen the game.
