Airport Frenzy

Privacy Policy

Effective September 2026

Airport Frenzy: Plane Jam 3D is a puzzle game by Aurenia Group. It is free to play, supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases. There are no accounts and we never ask who you are.

The short version

We never ask for your name, your email, or an account. Your progress lives on your phone. The game does use three outside services (advertising, purchases, and analytics), and those services do collect information about your device. Everything below explains which, and what you can do about it.

What the game keeps on your device

Your level progress, stars, coins, boosters, and settings are saved on your phone. They are not sent to us, and deleting the game deletes them.

Advertising

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To select and measure those ads, Google receives your device advertising identifier, information about how you interacted with an ad, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and technical details about your device.

In regions covered by GDPR, the game asks for your consent before requesting any personalised advertising. On iOS, the game asks separately through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and if you decline, no tracking identifier is shared.

Buying No Ads removes the ads that play between levels. Videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available, so the advertising service still runs when you pick one.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check that a purchase is genuine and to restore it if you reinstall. RevenueCat receives the store receipt, an anonymous identifier we generate for your installation, and basic device information. It does not receive your name or your payment details.

Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played: which levels are started, cleared, or failed, which boosters get used, and when the shop or an ad is shown. Firebase also receives your device model, operating system version, an identifier for your app installation, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. We look at this in aggregate, to find levels that are too hard and ads that are too frequent.

Achievements and leaderboards

Achievements and the leaderboard run on Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android). Those are run by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies. We see your achievement progress and your scores, not your account details.

Children

The game is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone on Google Play, but it is not directed at children and it is not in Apple's Kids Category or Google Play's Designed for Families programme. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

  • Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android, Settings, Google, Ads. On iOS, Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking. This resets the identifier advertisers use, or removes it entirely.
  • Turn off tracking on iOS. Decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or switch the game off under Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.
  • Buy No Ads. This stops the ads between levels.
  • Delete the game. That removes everything stored on your device.
  • Ask us. Write to us and we will answer questions about your data, including a request to change advertising consent.

Changes

If a future version of the game collects something different, this policy is updated before that version ships, and the date at the top changes with it.
